Experience with modern game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal Engine 4, Cocos2d)

Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, C/C++, Objective-C, Java)

Excellent programming skills with solid understanding of software engineering techniques, methodologies and attention to detail

Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies as needed

Positive and willing to tackle new challenges that arise during development

Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment within your team and beyond

Development experience with version control software

BA/BS degree in computer science, game development or related fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Create and tune game mechanics, combat and locomotion sets: in collaboration with design and engineering

Lead small pods and own smaller areas of game (enemy type, combat, interactive cut scenes, etc.)

Assist with mocap shoots from directing, performing and building sets; to name a few.

Hand-key or work with mocap to create dynamic grounded animations

Implement or learn to implement animations in Unreal engine by working with designers and engineers.

Identify and communicate any issues that will improve our product.

Mentor junior animators

Create heavy scenes with multiple characters and multiple environment assets

Hand-key and tune facial capture

Actively advance skill set and abilities by keeping aware of industry trends and techniques, evaluating competitive products, and learning new software packages

Been a Scrum Master for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

Knowledge and / or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
